Wayne's Original Texas Bar-B-Que is in its fourth year of bringing to Anchorage a true Texas style barbeque experience. BARBEQUE "TEXAS STYLE" means the meat has been slow cooked for up to 20 hours in one of our three Closed Barbeque Pit Smokers over hot coals and Live Oak Hardwood imported from the Texas Hill Country. In addition to our three restaurant Barbeque Pits we have four Trailer mounted Barbeque Pits available bring our mouth watering real Barbeque right to your doorstep.
