| Norcoast has maintained a fully staffed facility at this Anchorage, Alaska location under the current ownership since November 1986. Norcoast is a union mechanical contractor, specializing in commercial, industrial and retail construction in South Central Alaska. Norcoast field personnel are Plumbers / Pipefitters from Local 367, while related trade work such as sheet metal, pipe and duct insulation, sprinkler and controls are subcontracted out. Norcoast predominantly acts as the " prime " mechanical contractor, coordinating and directing all sub tier contractors. |
