Kathy Davis, a graduate of the University of Alaska-Anchorage Culinary Arts Program, founded Kathleen’s Creative Catering in Anchorage. Kathy did her apprenticeship at the Anchorage Hilton under Chef Mark Linden and in June 1999 studied in Avignon, France under Chef Daniel Hebért and Chef Christian Etienne. Kathy is one of those happy people who developed an avocation into a vocation. Kathy was chosen "Off Premise Caterer of the Year 2000 and again in 2002" by the National Association of Catering Executives Alaska.
