Willy Van Hemert, majority owner, launched CRW Engineering in 1981. The company has since grown to its current size of 46 employees with projects throughout Alaska. Our staff includes 16 licensed civil engineers, one licensed electrical engineer and one licensed land surveyor. Our employees operate as a team that is collectively responsible for meeting the goals and needs of our clients. Employees create our spirit and personality which allows us to be successful.
